We accept payments through PayPal for our webstore. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2^nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter.

As all our orders are handmade and limited edition, therefore if an item is in stock, it will ship within 4-6 business days from the date of full payment. Pre order products, solid karat gold jewelry and any custom orders will ship within 12-18 business days from the date of full payment (please read ‘Additional Policies and FAQ’ for further details). If you need the items urgently, please write to us at info@saruchirjewellery.com, so that we can try and work out something special for you.

All packages are shipped via Registered Mail or trackable private couriers which may require a signature upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, so packaging is usually kept simple and minimal.

As a default, all orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Please notify us prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred. If you prefer speedy delivery, we can upgrade to a private courier delivery service, usually FedEx or DHL, which takes considerably lesser transit time, but costs a bit more (please read ‘Transit and Shipping’ for further details). If interested, let us know, and we can give you a more specific price quote for your particular item (based on weight).

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact us prior to payment. If the PayPal and shipping addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided at the time of checkout, we will send the order to the address provided through Paypal.

Your items are carefully packed in a cardboard boxes, velvet/felt pouches, bubble wrap and, and mailed in a padded envelope.

If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, we can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let us know what you would like us to write (to fit on a postcard) in the “Note to Saruchi R Jewellery” during checkout. If you are gifting and would prefer multiple items to be packed separately, please indicate this with your order as the least amount of packaging is used by default.

Please take note of the actual dimensions mentioned in the detail product description and also in the last picture. Pictures have been zoomed to show the details of the product and are not reflective of the actual size. Pictures were taken in broad day light, colors may vary slightly from seen in pictures. Some visible spots, lines and inclusions are a part of natural semi precious gemstones, so should not be confused with damage.

Please be aware that when you purchase anything online and have it shipped to yourself from another country, you are considered an importer. Your country’s customs authority may levy an import tax/duty on your order, depending on its monetary value. Any such payments are your sole responsibility. Saruchi R Jewellery cannot and shall not be liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities at the shipment destination.

 Below are approximate transit times for registered mail based on Singapore Post estimates:

Singapore – 3 to 7 business* days
Asia Pacific – 5 to 8 business* days
UK – 10 to 18 business* days
Europe – 10 to 18 business* days
USA, Middle East – 12 to 20 business* days

We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including the article registration number if applicable. For international deliveries, it is normal to expect delays in transit times and customs clearance during peak holiday seasons, inclement weather or times of heightened security.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your shipment after 18 business* days from the date of shipping, please contact us so that we can follow up with the our delivery partners to trace the shipment.

*Business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and designated Singapore public holidays, as well as national holidays in your own country.

• If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 2 days of purchasing/receiving your item. The product must be returned in original condition, along with original packaging and unused. Products showing any signs of usage will be considered “Not eligible” for return.
• Change of mind is not allowed for both in-store and web store shopping. Products purchased from our boutique store can only be exchanged/returned in-store at Tanglin Mall. Contact us at info@saruchirjewellery.com for exchanging/returning your online purchases from our webstore.
• All initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable for online purchases.
• No refund/exchange is applicable for products bought during SALES or at discounted prices from our retail store and webstore, unless an item is faulty.
• Refunds (SHIPPING EXCLUDED) and exchanges are considered on a strict case-by-case basis. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on customized items.
• Kindly do not send any items back without first contacting us, as unapproved returns cannot be processed. We would not be responsible for any returned items lost in transit.

SaruchiRJewellery creations are ornaments intended for adults and teens. They are not suitable for children below 8 years of age as they will not stand up to vigorous play and include small parts that could easily be swallowed. Therefore, we request you to keep all the jewellery items out of the reach of children.
