You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter.
Please note that packages will NOT be shipped until full payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay in full within three days of placing the order. Please note that if full payment is not been received by the due date, the transaction will be cancelled and the item relisted. Extension to payment timeline is possible but is strictly on a case-to-case basis. In case you need additional time to make the full payment, please write to us and we will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Customers in Singapore can pay with a direct bank transfer if they prefer – please contact us directly if you want to use this method.
All packages are shipped via SingPost Registered Mail, which may require a signature upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, so packaging is usually kept simple and minimal.
As a default, all orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Please notify us prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred. If you prefer speedy delivery, we can upgrade to a private courier delivery service, usually FedEx or DHL, which takes considerably lesser transit time, but costs a bit more (please read ‘Transit and Shipping’ for further details). If interested, let us know, and we can give you a more specific price quote for your particular item (based on weight).
If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact us prior to payment. If the PayPal and shipping addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided at the time of checkout, we will send the order to the address provided through Paypal.
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, we can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let us know what you would like us to write (to fit on a postcard) in the “Note to SaruchiRJewellery” during checkout. If you are gifting and would prefer multiple items to be packed separately, please indicate this with your order as the least amount of packaging is used by default.

We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including the article registration number if applicable. For international deliveries, it is normal to expect delays in transit times and customs clearance during peak holiday seasons, inclement weather or times of heightened security.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your shipment after 18 business* days from the date of shipping, please contact us so that we can follow up with the post office to trace the shipment.
*Business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and designated Singapore public holidays, as well as national holidays in your own country.
Refunds (SHIPPING EXCLUDED) and exchanges are considered on a strict case-by-case basis. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on customized items. Approved returns should be in new and unused condition and carefully packaged. All initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kindly do not send any items back without first contacting us, as unapproved returns cannot be processed. We would not be responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
As you would understand, we do not have any control over the postal office systems once your package is mailed out, however, in the event of any unforeseen delay in transit, we will do our best to help you locate your shipment and will not leave you waiting forever for your items. However, we cannot take any responsibility for goods that are stolen, damaged, lost, and / or late delivery especially during holiday/Christmas season. If you would like to buy insurance on your items for covering these inherent risks, please let us know at the time of purchase.
